The things I will take home from a week at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland: the fun of sitting down to a proper full meal with good company each night, the difference it makes using the very best and freshest ingredients for everything, and how incredible it is to be able to grow and pick all your own fruit, vegetables and flowers to use everyday. I'm exhausted and so full, but it was so much fun!
