Good news for those trying to lower their sugar intake: I am now selling what started it all for me on this blog! That is, Sarah Wilson's I Quit Sugar 8 Week Program.

I've written a number of times about how I started the whole IQS thing last year as well as what happened when I 'quit' quitting sugar for a week after about six months (not the calmest week I've ever had). I am a fully paid up member of the IQS way of thinking. And if you have any doubts, read my mate David Gillespie's Sweet Poison for all the scary research.

My favourite book will always be the original I Quit Sugar 8 Week Program. But the IQS team have produced a number of great cookbooks since that first one, most notably the IQS Chocolate Cookbook. Yes, hello. The avocado chocolate mousse is to die for, as is the chocolate almond bark. I'm also pretty partial to the lime and coconut cheesecake and the coco nutty granola with Barambah yoghurt for breakfast. All fructose (the bad, bad sugar) free!
