I am officially obsessed with Bondi Harvest. Every Thursday evening, Guy and Mark post their latest YouTube cooking vid and so far, I have wanted to make every single recipe. To sum up the philosophy in five words: delicious, simple, healthy, quick, beachside. And the kicker, they're IQS friendly. Sold! Top of my to-cook list is the lemon mint kale salad, the perfect ceviche and the blueberry almond frappe.

Having previously lived beach-side in Sydney and missing my early morning swims, I love living vicariously through the glimpses of Bronte, Clovelly, Tamarama and Bondi in each episode. By the way, I love the artistic direction of the videos and the great graphics of the stills.
